Supported Windows versions
Requirement: Installation of .net 4.0 Framework.
Our Software supports both 32- and 64-bit versions.
- Windows Vista Servicepack 2 32-Bit and 64-Bit with .net 4.0 Framework
- Windows 7 Servicepack 1 32-Bit and 64-Bit with .net 4.0 Framework
- Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 32-Bit and 64-Bit with .net 4.0 Framework
- Windows 10 32-Bit and 64-Bit with .net 4.0 Framework
- Windows 2003 Server Servicepack 1 with .net 4.0 Framework
- Windows 2008 Server with .net 4.0 Framework
- Windows 2008 R2 Server with .net 4.0 Framework
For any other systems, we can not offer any support.
Terminal Server Systems
- For use WM-KAT Smartclient in a Terminal Server system, please contact the support team.
- Citrix extensions to the terminal server systems are not supported.
Browser
- Internetexplorer Version 8 (Older versions may work but you have to expect restrictions, such as versions are no longer included in the tests).
- Firefox in the current version
- Chrome in the current version
- Safari in the current version
Not listed systems are not collected by us in the tests. Therefore, we can make no statement about their suitability.
